Stopping Sugar day 7 to 14 … is the safe title … I wanted to call this “thinking of murder” but I thought I might scare somebody!
I am finally starting to feel normal again. Week 2 or day 7 to 14 of no sugar was terrible. Here is my diary.

No sugar - start sweating quick update on my no sugar diet
OH My Gosh.
I am now on 10 of my no sugar diet. The first week I didn't do too much sport as I had all sorts of headaches and other problems. This week I have been keeping myself busy.

Confessions of a sugar addict and the no sugar diet but was toying with the title - ex-cancer chick gone bad!
I feel like a closet drug addict. Nearly five years after my cancer diagnosis – I am on the verge of having Type 2 Diabetes. On top of that my Thyroid has gone AWOL and left me my body in a state of shock, fatness and numbness.
My tried and trusted oncologist Dr. Stenger shouted at me again last week. But this time (he has been shouting since January) I decided to take notice. He is convinced I am a sugar addict and I drink too much alcohol. I have never believed him –but over the past two weeks I kept a diary. I wrote down everything I ate and drank. Yikes. Reality call and check. I couldn’t believe the amount of sugar that I have been eating. I mean, I always thought I was a role model for cancer patients because I was so UBER healthy and fit.
