I am a bit ill at the moment. Not cancer related but am having headaches and my nerves are a bit shot. Last week I started scouring around for some music to cure my headaches.

This picture above is from our cancer forum in 2012. Approximately 100 women answered. There was a lot of confusion on types of subtypes. Spindle Cell was the most popular. As many of you know I live in Germany. I have to say, even though I am not German. I am proud of the way the nation has embraced homeopathic medicine and complimentary medicine.

Earlier this week I spoke about breast cancer staging. Suddenly I was inundated with a number of questions and emails about the survival rates depending on stage of cancer.
Survival of Breast Cancer Based on Stage
Now, we all know that this is a million dollar question. But when I was first diagnosed I came across this site. I have used it regularly for research and information since then. The graphs below show excellent and realistic guide lines of what to expect in the war against cancer.

Sigh.
I am not sure where to begin with my conspiracy theory so I might as well start at the beginning. Women under 40 aren’t supposed to get cancer – hence the start date for yearly mammograms. Most women who get cancer are in their later years say 60+. Detecting cancer or breast screening on older women has proven to show good results.
I was one of the under 40s to get cancer. So, out of interest I asked the 357 women on our breast cancer forum if their breast cancer was found via a mammogram.
Did your mammogram find cancer?
I found the lump first 36 votes. No 19 votes. Yes 7 votes.... so far.
