Mobile SEO or PPC Campaign?

So, I got an email from a client who is also an SEO guru and he said that my blog post was confusing – because I was talking about SEO but actually describing a PPC campaign.

He is of course right! We intend to offer both and more clarification will come over the next few weeks.

Mobile SEO services will focus on popularity on mobile search engines, link building and keyword optimisation. We are also going to announce a new hire who will help us in the area in 2008.

Optimising a PPC campaign is about triggering the right adverts and running the strongest campaigns on the mobile site. I have proven that I am good at this over the past few months!

This is an exciting and new area for us and all feedback is appreciated and a range of new services are to follow!

At CTIA, CEO of Medio Systems Brian Lent asked me

Over the past few months I have run an average of 21 mobile campaigns focusing on getting to the top of mobile search engines. In every campaign the success was huge and my position on specific keywords has averaged 1.1.
